on the edge

wynyard park, sydney cbd

"he walked along the side of the street. to his right was a small piece of the natural world, complete with its grass, its trees and a smattering of birds. to his left rose the menzies hotel, impressive in both size and shape. as he looked up he noticed the black branches of the tree, like fingers, grasping at the metropolitain monolith. it was a reminder; man had risen from nature, and to nature man would return."

why is the protagonist of your stories always male?
and if it's because it's one man's journey through sydney, do the blog posts represent chapters of the story? are they linked or unrelated?
like the photo btw :)
